Ivan Oliver
Ivan is a PGA Qualified Professional. He has over 25 years of experience teaching players of all abilities. He has spent a number of years in Germany teaching. Ivan works very closely with the Golf Foundation promoting Junior Golf and delivers Golf to over 4000 school children annually. Ivan was awarded the Sir Henry Cotton award in 2019 at the annual Golf Foundation award ceremony at Wentworth. This was to recognise Ivan’s outstanding level of golf provision across East Riding and North Yorkshire for many years.

Alex Belt – PGA Professional & Tour Player
Alex Belt has had considerable success as a Tour Player recording wins in National PGA events as well as Europro Tour, Spanish Gecko Tour and in China.
Alex has a wealth of knowledge on all aspects of the game and is keen to pass this knowledge on in his approach to teaching.

We have just finished a golf trip at Belvedere Bridlington . And can’t fault the package . The hotel is lovely and staff were excellent especially the restaurant staff who couldn’t do enough for you .. so accommodating and friendly . Lovely place . Highly recommend a visit
Excellent in every respect! We played here as visitors recently, and couldn’t have been more impressed. The guy in the pro shop was extremely helpful and friendly, as were all the staff in the bar and catering area. We had a light lunch and were so impressed that we came back the next evening for a meal which was equally good.
This hotel is a real find.
Initially I was hesitant about booking The Belvedere as we are not golfers but we were made extremely welcome by the staff at the hotel. Our room was a superior one, and had a lovely view of the golf course and beyond. The room was spotless and the WiFi worked well.It was very peaceful .The meals are served in the club house which is very pleasant. A special mention to Vicky who made special provision for my autistic son so he could enjoy his breakfast in a quiet space. I had mentioned my sons needs prior to arrival and Vicky was on the ball, providing really top class service. I must add all the staff we encountered were lovely.
The food is tasty and reasonably priced, hearty portions too. Chose to have lunch at the hotel one day and is was the right decision!
A lovely relaxing break, we look forward to returning, we might even have some golf tuition next time!

To all the staff at Belvedere Hotel and Golf Club, may I on behalf of all our golf group who stayed at the hotel last 8/9 Sept 2021 thank you and all the staff for making our stay a most enjoyable one. In particular we were warmly welcomed and cared for during our stay in the Hotel. The catering was a delight and far beyond the norm of the average Golf Club, equally the bar staff were most convivial. Your course at Belvedere was extremely well presented and manicured, credit must go to your hard working green staff. Indeed we were delighted to have played all three courses, incl, South Cliff and Driffield which were also well presented. In summary we had a delightful golf trip and we hope to return again in the not too distant future,
